This year we proudly present our FIRST AID IDEA Makers area. Different kind of experts will help you with your start up challenges as a maker. But that is not all. We also have gathered a little crowdfunding platform.

Are you a maker with a new idea, do you want to test this with other/more experienced makers?
You can do that during the Amsterdam Maker Festival.
We managed to give this edition an international collaboration opportunity.
Holy Stitch Director: Julian Dash from San Francisco, California, USA will join us again this year.
Julian will be joining the festival on Saturday and Sunday to take part in an Open Design Session with De Nieuwe Makers
He will also do his magic together with Clarent Savi from Hempje in Amsterdam.
These makers will operate from Gebouw 025, where also other cool collaborations and makers will be demonstrating and are hosting workshops.
Amsterdam Made presents the Amsterdam Made Café at the Amsterdam Maker Festival
Amsterdam Made will host their very first biobased materials event about sustainable, local biobased materials and their applicability.
The makers, architects, end-users and all visitors will learn about the possibilities biobased materials have to offer.

Netsquare, Uniserver and Advisor join hands to get more ICT talent on their radar. On Friday August 19th they will team up during the Amsterdam Maker Festival, at the Marineterrein in Amsterdam, to search for the best developers.

A select group of maximum 28 people will get access to this special Escape Room Challenge. Will you escape within the time set and did you get all the assignments right?
