Tiny TIM

TINY TIM is a mobile, lightweight, off-grid, circular house; 100% self-sufficient in terms of water and energy. The energy generated by solar panels and a windmill on the roof. The house has a closed, circular water system where rainwater is collected and the water from kitchen, bathroom and toilet is cleaned and recycled. The facades are made of black, burned wood, which does not require maintenance.

Tiny TIM is conceived and designed by architectural and landscape photographer Hans Peter Föllmi, architect Jurgen van der Ploeg (FARO Architects) and the students of the University of Amsterdam (Future Planet Studies) Dante Föllmi, Waas Thissen and Abe van der Woude.

Tiny TIM House stands at the Amsterdam Maker Festival in the courtyard of Building 027E.
